Next, I was asked to come into their office in person, and met with my potential boss + the CEO separately. These were two separate face-to-face interviews. Afterwards, I was told that the next steps involve having remote interviews with the various members of the team and I can count about 6 of those. ** ALL IN ALL: MANY interviews conducted, weeks of time and scheduling and all to be ghosted at the very end of the process. ** This was so disappointing. After I offered myself like an open book for nearly a dozen interviews, to be completely ghosted is outrageous.
