Applied online and after several months they sent me a link to record a digital interview. They asked me 2 essay style questions and around 7 questions in which I had to record my responses and many multiple choice style questions relating to computer programs. reached out to them after 2 months of not hearing back and they asked me for a 2nd interview skype style with a principal and teacher.
At first you apply, them get sent a video Interview request. I am currently only on this step of the interview process, so I will know more once I have completed this step as to what follows.

Three step process. The first interview will be recorded on hirevue, the second is a timed test based on competencies, the third is a panel interview with your potential supervisors.
About one week after application, a link for a video interview was sent through email. The interview had 4-5 questions, and it had to be done in a couple of days window. If you move beyond the video interview, the school will contact you for further interview.
