I got a call from a recruiter first to discuss my current situation and the job. Next, I had an interview that was on Teams just to basically ask me the same questions the recruiter asked me. Then I was asked by the recruiter if I could do an in-person interview which was surprising because I never had to do in-person interviews since covid. This interview was to take place at the worksite in Falls Church, VA and it was 51 minutes from me but I decided to go. The in-person interview was actually great and I met 2 of the people I'd be working with and they broke down the job and how the work culture is and I felt much more relaxed. The same day I heard back from the recruiter saying they wanted to extend me an offer letter and I said I'd accept it the next day.
