The recruiter was great, very personable, and genuine over the phone. - Scheduled 30 minute zoom interview with 2 senior positions in the marketing team as the role would have supported the marketing team as a whole. No structure to the interview, the 2 interviewers had inside jokes, and they were definitely looking for a personality hire rather than someone with experience.
