Very long, seem to look for the perfect candidate over promoting a qualified internal candidate. Was interviewed for position in March 2018. Beat out by a very qualified candidate. Was informed that I was a very strong candidate and a 2nd position was almost created for me. Two more positions for BA opened in June and was asked if interested. Even after a strong presentation, again, I was not offered a role and an external candidate was brought in.

Processing and feature questions. Asked me to do presentation on a new feature I created. Other questions on how I would handle situations determining what is a bug vs a new feature.

Entretien
Initially, you interview with a panel of mangers and/or leads. If you able to pass this portion of the interview, you are then directed to meet with the Director the same day.
