First phone interview was pretty impersonal, just going down a list of a few questions to gauge your personality and how interested you are in the company. Then they sent a very simple aptitude test and when I passed that they scheduled a face-to-face interview with me. There were two rounds, one with the managers and then a second with the directors. Some technical questions about experience, but mainly focused on your personality and how you think. They were all very pleasant, and the whole process took about two weeks from applying to final rejection.
