Entretien
The interview process at ConnectWise generally includes several stages. It usually starts with an online assessment that tests aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic coding skills. Candidates who clear this round are invited to a technical interview, where questions are asked about programming, data structures, databases, and projects. The final stage is usually an HR interview, which focuses on communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. Candidates who successfully clear all the rounds receive the job offer.

3-step interview process, very straightforward. Completely remote. I was asked to give a 15-minute presentation for the final interview. Very friendly people. Easy interview questions, mix of basic/behavioral. Indicated that they wanted to move forward via email a week after the final interview.

I recently had an interview with ConnectWise, and although I didn't pass, the experience was extremely positive. The interview process was straightforward, with a focus on basic technical concepts. They asked about Agile methodologies, which is a key area for the role. If you have a solid understanding of Agile principles, you’ll be in a good position to do well.
The interviewers were professional and approachable, making the conversation feel comfortable. They were keen on understanding your thought process rather than just the right answer. While I didn’t succeed this time, I appreciated the opportunity to learn from the experience and will be better prepared for next time.
I’d definitely encourage anyone who has a strong foundation in the basics of Agile and other core concepts to apply, as it’s a great opportunity with a great company.
