First interview with RVP based in the UK. Was a one to one zoom meeting lasting and hour. Next stage if successful would have been a panel interview followed by a presentation.

Hiring Manager moved the appointment several times, and then still was late and cut the interview short. Hiring this position was clearly not his priority. The contact with the hr team was very pleasant though.

5 steps and through a recruiter, started with the recruiter, then hiring manager, round the team and then final with the team. Round the team was with all the stakeholders linked to the role.
They are cycling through people... They advertise for sales people for the same position on linkedin and never hire anyone. I see the same add every week. They are unicorn hunting.... Not worth your time applying. They will waste your time with multiple interviews.
