      Entretien

I had high hopes for this company and team, as they all seemed genuine and great to work with. However, after this entire process and wasted time I spent (having to take off work and make my schedule extra flexible), I will no longer be looking for any positions here EVER, and it truly showed me how this company operates. The absolute WORST interview process of my entire life. The recruiter (initials are NH) was terrible and had ZERO communications skills and was very unprofessional. She consistently let me know things last minute, and even once told me my interview time after 5 p.m. the day before it took place, early the next morning! I had a total of 5 interviews with nearly 12 people, all over the span of TWO MONTHS for just a management role. To top it off, they had the audacity to ask me to do an ENTIRE marketing plan for FREE, even after the "final interview." I politely rejected, so they kept pushing, I rejected again, and they asked to see my digital port folio, only to GHOST me and not even have the common decency to let me know they were going in another direction after THAT MANY interviews. Some crucial feedback that I think can help the company with the hiring process moving forward. - I think dragging interviews out for two months, for a management role, is counter productive and you will lose top talent if this continues. - I would not suggest asking candidates to do FREE work moving forward, as they might be concerned their work will be used internally at the company. The project they sent takes much longer than 60 minutes, as it’s an entire marketing plan. - REDUCE the amount of interviews you need to make. - Have better communication and get a different recruiter, she clearly does not know how to do her job. - Stop asking repetitive questions and all be on the same page when you interview people. The companies lack of decision making and terrible communication tells me all I need to know. So thankful I dodged a bullet. Hopefully they will get their karma for all of what they put me through.
