The process took about 4 weeks in total. I was contacted by a recruiter after applying 4 days later. I step on a phone call with the recruiter and she forgot to call me TWICE, I had to send an email reminding her. After the phone screen, I was set up to interview with the Manager. After that, they ask me to provide any samples of my work relevant to the job. They end up liking it so they set me up with a Design Exercise and you're allowed to work on it for as long as you want. Once I submitted my Design Excercise, the Design team liked it and I was scheduled for an onsite interview. I had to prepare a presentation showing the Design Team a few of my favorite works. After that was question time followed by 1:1 with 4 people from the design team 30 minute - 45 minutes each. The interview was a little over 4 hours long and it was a good learning experience for me. However, after sending all of them thank you notes and a follow up a week later, they haven't gotten back to me even though during the interview, they said that they will. Even if I didn't make the cut, it would still be really nice if I was given an answer after putting in so much work preparing for it.
