I applied online through Glassdoor. Got called in for an interview a couple days later. Scheduled interview for the next week. It went well. Very laid back and it took about an hour. It was basically an intro about me and details about the job, as well as company benefits. Salary demands were asked and I provided same (provide a range). I was told that I would be contacted. 2 weeks later, I Get a call from another manager in the same company but different department. She inquired about my past work history and about job details (totally different position then what I applied to) as I applied for a liability adjuster and she was advising it would be a PIP position. She scheduled interview for next day which was just me shadowing an employee. She asked for salary requirements and I provided the same range I previously did with the prior manager. She states that it's a go, and that HR would be contacting me. 2 days later, got my offer letter (got my top #). Started a week later.
