Scheduled phone interview 4 days after application. I was told I would be told if the hiring manager wanted to continue with second interview within 2-3 business days been 2 and a half weeks and still haven’t heard anything

Applied for job, got interview two weeks later, it went well and now waiting to see if i will be getting an offer for employment. i had to end up doing a zoom interview because of covid but it worked out well.
