Applied through employee referral and was contacted by HR for a phone screen; HR was extremely dismissive and rude throughout the process asking me questions completely unrelated to my ability but more so pertaining to why I would want to do the role ...then I assumed I was not moving forward and a coordinator contacted me to come in for a meeting with the team which was mostly them phoning it in to look like they met with me....no one from the corporate side sent any formal invitation and it was very last minute off-the-cuff. The whole process was representative of what seems to be a "sinking ship" in someone else's words
