A recruiter contacted me on a day that I was travelling, just before the weekend. Over the next week I tried multiple times to return his call and contact him to discuss the role and I never heard back.
I think sometimes recruiters forget that how they treat candidates definitely leaves a lasting opinion of the brand. Perhaps I dodged a bullet if they treat prospective candidates so poorly. Imagine once you're hired and locked in.
Had to answer lots of questions in a questionnaire on arrival then a 5 min presentation from the company followed by a 5 minute interview where asked only a few questions.

All the talk you hear about not asking for current CTC or your expectations in the first round itself is not something CNI HR team has ever heard of. How about getting feedback from technical team as well, before talking about numbers?

Easy and friendly! My overall background did not fit the role and both I and the HR manager realized this in the call. Had my interests aligned more with the role, I think it would have been a great interview process.
