Applied for this role online via LinkedIn, and received an email for a phone screen shortly after. The interview was coordinated appropriately, and I was scheduled to meet with 1 person. On the day of the interview, I ended up being interview by 2 people - a slight oversight, but I would've appreciated receiving that information in advance. My scheduled interviewer made comments about my resume being hard to understand (which didn't make any sense), and they both seemed to ask the same questions over and over again. My interview lasted about 30 minutes, and I received my rejection almost immediately when I sent my thank you emails. According to HR, I "did not have enough project management experience," yet I've been a project manager for the last 5-6 years. Salary for this position, a staggering $38k - $57k.
