It’s a process, you have 2 phone interviews, then a home inspection simple questions. When you are hired you will have to be approved for your background before they send their equipment out which took only 24 hours for me. Then after you get your onboard process and your start date.

Application, assessment, phone interview, final interview with hiring manager. Final interview started with introduction, overview of the role, behavioral questions then Q&A. Time frame for the whole process was two weeks and got the offer call 2 days later

You have to take an assessment - it's the same one many ask you to take. It is not hard, just questions about personality and what would you do situations.

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
