Horrible experience. Very impersonal process. I expected a second interview so didn’t get into benefits questions on the phone interview I had, then I received a job offer by way of form letter. Kinda sketchy, but I emailed to say I had questions just to feel it out. When I asked the recruiter about the title (the letter just said “project management”) and stated that I wanted a senior position due to experience and current role), her response was “well if title is SO important to you I’ll see if it can be senior.” Shouldn’t a job title be important to anyone you hire? I also asked about their benefits and the recruiters response to a maternity leave question was “standard government leave” and I had to continue asking for a better explanation. (By the way, they don’t have one). I also asked if PTO and salary were negotiable and she was going to get back to me. Today, rather than follow up with me to discuss and answer my questions still hanging and maybe negotiate, I got another form letter rescinding the job offer. Further proof that I wouldn’t want to work for this company.

Round of 4 interviews related to previous positions, skills, assigned projects, etc.
In the process, there was 1 meeting with a recruiter and after this, 3 interviews with managers of the department I was joining.
The interviews were very cordial and they provided feedback at the end of each of the interviews.

Pretty straightforward. Started as a contractor and was hired part of a batch of 30 employees. Converted to full time later. In office interview for a remote job. Most teams are located internationally in India

You apply and receive a response very quickly. The selection process is really straight forward. They don't explain much about salary until you receive an offer. You must be very thorough with your questions to HR because line managers won't tell you anything about the hiring process if you get to that point.
