I applied via the website for most of the remote positions available in my state. About 1 week later I received an email to setup the first phone interview. The phone interviewer was a bit informal but be sure to take it serious. She was incredibly helpful. I didn't have to do a second phone interview, instead I went straight to the last interview with a hiring manager. This interview was simple. I was asked if I worked remotely before and some tech support related questions which I found the answers to here HOWEVER if you don't know the answer be willing to state you don't know but you are willing to learn. Make sure to use your best "Customer Service Voice" and take this final interview very serious.

How do you add a second email to an iPhone or Android
Interview process went very smoothly. It was a virtual interview on camera. The recruiter asked me questions and then she had me turn my camera around to do a 360 degree view of my work area. Then she told me I would hear something in 24-48 hours and I was offered the position about 3 hours after the interview.

very smooth process. will have you complete a background check, which takes about 3-5 days. if you pass, you get an offer and then they send your equipment to you.
