When Conduent was still RSA, the interview process was like a cattle call. A group of about a dozen applicants was convened, showed a video, and broken into groups. We were then divided among interviewers, and had brief one-on-one interviews. Also included were typing tests that assessed our abilities to both ask questions from a script on a computer screen AND assimilate the applicant's response in our typed answer (on another computer screen). At the conclusion of mine, I was offered the job.
