Entretien
I applied online and about a week later I received a phone call on 7/1 to do a quick pre-screen interview. It was a simple interview giving a little info about the position and checking to see when I was available to do a phone interview. The phone/online interview was scheduled for 7/3 in which consisted of a few simple customer service questions. Afterwards I was scheduled for a virtual webcam interview the following week. This interview consisted of both customer service questions and sales questions, as well as checking to see about my background in customer service and sales. I was told I would hear back soon with the decision. The following day i received an email with the job offer.
