Even during the German proof interview, support was readily available, underscoring the commitment to a seamless process from start to finish. It was a no go from the conversation with the recruiter. They have a strict 4-day in-office rule which they claim to be "hybrid". Unfortunately that's a no go for a lot of people. If you are going to call it hybrid, be flexible or require 2-3 days, not a full work week with Fridays remotely.

First round with a recruiter went pretty well, was told about next steps after the weekend when the main recruiter would be back. Received a basic rejection email and wouldn't elaborate on feedback to my interview
