I saw the job advertised in LinkedIn and contacted the Job Poster direct saying I was interested. He called me back almost immediately and after a brief chat agreed that the Job Posted was worth applying for, so I sent him my CV.
he called me back a short time later and we had a chat about my CV and experience and we agreed to schedule a formal interview for the next day or so.
the interview was held in the Condeco office a couple of days later and I was interviewed by the Job Poster and the Hiring Manager.
I was immediately impressed by their honesty, professionalism, knowledge, empathy and the whole process felt more like a chat between old friends rather than a formal interview. Saying that, it was a very direct and focused interview and the 100 minutes flew by.
I felt the interview went very well and was very pleased to be contacted the very next day with an offer of a job

Initial telephone screening by head of recruitment, asking questions regarding my experience and my fit, what I can bring to the company. Then a face to face with head of recruitment and group IT director. Overall I found the process thoroughly enjoyable and the way both individuals were very open, honest and direct.
The discussion with the group IT direction was indeed a discussion and based around my experience.
There was nothing in the interview process that gave me any doubt about working for Condeco, however I was also offered 2 other jobs, and simply because of a few "perks" at a different company I accepted that offer.
If i were ever to be given the opportunity to work for Condeco in the future I would accept.
