J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Concord Wealth Management en janv. 2019
Entretien
First 'interview' was more of a group info session with myself and 2 others. We were then briefly introduced to the CEO. My second interview was at the branch office with their office manager and then the department heads. Then my third interview was back in Waltham with the CEO.
I got offered the position and had to either decline or accept right then on the phone, no offer letter or anything. I accepted in the moment, and had a meeting at the office later that week. After going over more information about what I'd have to do for the position and benefits and compensation, I declined the offer.

In the first two interviews, you meet with a VP and they go over the specifics of what the job entails and determine whether or not you would be a good fit. The third and final interview you meet with the CEO, and if both parties are interested they will offer a job

Informal and painless. More an evalutation of social aptitude. The interview was largely informative of the company structure and provided some good insight into pay structure and incentives. 1 phone interview, 3 f2f interviews and then an offer is extended if you fit the bill.

Easy 3-step interview process. I applied online and heard back within a week. I had a small phone class with someone in the company, then had two more follow up interviews. The last interview was with the CEO. It was more conversational and talked about your goals for the position you applied for and what you will do with it.
