My first interview was a screen with recruiter, then an actual interview. Final interview was with hiring manager. Even though role is hybrid my interviews were all over Microsoft Teams.

The interview experience was smooth, professional, and engaging. The recruiter was welcoming, questions were thoughtful, and it was a great discussion. I left feeling excited about the opportunity and positive.

Went through interview process. Ghosted for a month then offered the job and offered the opportunity to schedule a time to discuss the offer. Tried to schedule, and the night before they cancelled. Then I was ghosted again and then heard they gave the job to someone else because "things have been crazy here." Contacted higher up HR staff who was scheduling initial interview process and had a conversation where I was told she would schedule me for interviews for other open positions, and was then ghosted... again.
