I had a quick phone interview where I had to present myself then the client asked for a case to work on. The all process was very quick and smooth.

I went through a recruitment process with Concentrix, and it was a very frustrating experience. After being contacted for an interview, I was informed that it needed to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue. However, despite multiple follow-ups on my part, I never received a new interview date and was left without any response for weeks. Only after persistently reaching out was I finally informed that the position had already been filled—without me ever even having the chance to interview. The lack of communication and organization throughout the process shows a disregard for candidates and creates a negative experience. A company that values its employees should start with the basics: respect and transparency in the hiring process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Concentrix.
