first of all, i filled the the application then they asked me for some information includig a 1 minute voice note introducing myself then they called me on phone and we did quick interview, that's the first phase

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
