recruiters all are not good.. some are very helpful intereview way to easy. guy literally asked what is mailbox. so it was easy and pay seemed good then software enginner job

It will depend on process to process. There was 6 to 7 rounds in total with HR interviews. You need to keep patience and complete each and every round successfully. It will be apptitude, english, essay writing etc included.

Situation based questions.. like before u have worked in customer support or not. If u will get irritated customer how will you manage everything etc
Great interview. The people were calm, patient, and friendly. Interview went smooth, questions were also very easy to answer. Just be yourself and be courteous. The process may seem like it's not going anywhere but trust yourself.
