The hr was very polite and actually listened to what i had to say. She explained my queries very well and she asked the questions which were important and not the usual introduce your self and she appreciated my honesty.

My recent interview with Concentrix was an insightful experience that gave me a clearer understanding of their work culture and recruitment process. While the journey had its strengths, there were also areas where the process could have been improved. In this review, I will reflect on the application procedure, the interview rounds, the conduct of the interviewers, feedback, and my overall impression of the experience.
Easy interview and nice recruiter. made everything very calm and seemless. I had covid and they were willing to move my resumption date forward to give me time to get better even though it was a remote job

Easy and HR staffs are very accomodating with the applicants, they have also foods that is free to all applicants like donuts and candies while waiting on the lobby. 1 HR interview then exams if you pass the exam yiu have your final interview with the manager.
