Made Telesales in the department for United Health Care during the Annual Enrollment Period for Prescription Drug plan, in other words Medicare Part D. They ask you questions based on scenarios that would take place in the workplace as well ask you how you as an individual would handle the situation considering you deal with the elderly.

Easy interview, Friendly people, got hired the same week, started 2 weeks later and spent 2 years there. Low pay but good environment. Now is not webhelp anymore, it is concentrix.
Great , everything was very straight forward. Excited to start. Can’t wait!!!!!!! From the time the interview was sent out I was led with straight directions. Not only was each email filled with information, if I had any questions I could easily answer.

Entretien
The interview at Concentrix was easy and straight to the point. After the interview, you receive swift feedback from the recruiting team. I was expecting a long series of interviews however it was quite short and the onboarding process begins immediately once you are hired.
