the interview process was good overall, the members on the board were so good towards the candidate. they were looking keenly into every word which comes out, to check if he is pronouncing it right. Interview went a day long and at last i have been awarded a job

Entretien
The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

It was easy, interviewer was nice, interview was quick. all went well. you can pass it easily you just need to be good in English and be confident.

The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview and one English exam. The English exam was quite straightforward but requires a silent space to avoid harmful grade reductions. Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
