The interview was enlightening and in-depth. Mallory was professional and personable. The questions were well prepared and wide-ranging. They really are interested in the type of person they are hiring and how they will fit into the group that is already there. They are looking for problem solvers and enthusiastic, pleasant and polite candidates to represent their clients.
