the interview was long and exhausting , lasted like 4 hours . There where so many steps to follow . We did interviews with 3 peoples each asking different questions sometime repetitive

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
