Long drawn out process. For a training position they had quite a few questions that didn't seem to have much to do with wheat I would actually be doing. They seemed to be overly concerned about me being able to move and it came across like I was just a commodity or a person to fill a hole they had.

Applied online and got a call the next week. I went in and met with manager. Got called for a second interview the following week, this time with the operation manager and a freight operation supervisor. Both interviews went good. The managers were easy to talk to you.

Phone interview and then face to face after a couple of weeks. The terminal manager went through a list of experience questions, "describe a time" type scenarios. It was a one on one, and the terminal manager wrote down all my answers.

Very detailed. Looking for well rounded individuals who have servant leadership skills. The company has built it's culture around a lean ideology. They want people who can problem solve and teach others to do the same. The interview process takes a couple of weeks. I recommend dressing very business professional for the interviews, always carry a pen and be ready to be put on the spot.
