You have to take an 8 hour test that's split up into 5 rounds - each of which you have to pass in order to proceed to the next. If you pass the test then you get an interview. You're interviewed by two people. Most of the questions are aimed at assessing how you would handle different situations and your work ethic.

Question 1
What would you do if you told a customer you were going to take care of something for them, but forgot and only remembered when already on the way home?
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Con Edison (New York, NY)
Entretien
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.
