Entretien
I applied for the job back on December. I got an email for the assessment test which had two parts(5section multiple choice & Simulation Call). You have to pass each part in order to move forward. After I took the test I got an email 2 days later that I was scheduled for an interview. I did my interview on the 22nd of February with two people where I was asked scenario based questions about my past job experience. The next day i received an email with a job offer. Before you start you have to go through a background check and pre employment medicinal.

A customer calls telling you that they have just paid their rent and don’t have any money left to pay their bill and they received a turn off notice. They have used all of their extensions. What are you going to tell them ?

Entretien
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
