The interview started with a driving test. After that I was call into a room with two persons where the ask behavioral type question such as when you took the lead of a group project, what u did when someone wasn't praticating, a time u fail and y what you learned.

I took the GUW exam over a year ago. The jog i applied for requirements were only High school/GED (no similar work exp) My work history is not jobs that have giving me experience for this role. I took 3 rounds of testing & finally a year later got to interview. Pretty easy but they were burying me with 20 questions on pasted experience related to similar work. They had my resume infront of them so they knew the answer. I know this isn't normal cause i have family that have interviewed for this before.
