Applied Online and followed up. The same day the Hiring Manager called me and set up a Call for later in the week. This was a 30 Minute introduction, ending with a "let's catch up in 2 weeks". Since then absolute silence. No response to E-Mails or Phone Calls. They clearly take great enjoyment out of playing with Candidates before ghosting them.

Entretien
Approached specifically for this role by an agency. First a Teams interview followed by second face to face with presentation given, third interview with C level and HR. Other candidates discounted, highering manager feedback all positive and he wanted me to join his team. Then HR started questioning my location despite the job being advertised as remote. Then decided to interview more applicants, dragged it out longer and longer, finally decided it was a no. No apology for wasting my time, no apology for having me travel, stay over night all at my own expense. Upon reflection it was quite possibly a fishing trip on their part, presentation was to be detailed scenario/ solution including indicative pricing, wich I did not provide.

Entretien
I interviewed for this position last year, the recruitment and selection process was quick and simple. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, the hiring manager made a decision within a week.
I applied via LinkedIn a few days later I was called for a first stage interview with the Head of HR who was very welcoming and pleasant. I was progressed to a second stage interview 2 days later with the Head of HR and HR Advisor which was went well and was more like a discussion as I was given opportunities to ask questions and learn about the company and role in more detail.
I left the interview on a positive note, a few hours later I was then offered the position which I was very happy about.
