On interview day, I called the their office several times (for office location) but no one received it and only after calling at their support number I got the office address and details. When I reached their office, I saw that the office is empty, had strange smell and in poor condition. The interviewer came after 15-20 minutes and he had NO idea what Quality Assurance is. He told me to give definition of SQA along with best processes (he don't even know whether I am giving correct definition or not). Once I told him that I have worked on WordPress projects too, he started asking me WordPress related question (which were certainly not part of the JD but since I knew WordPress I gave all answers). It was very awkward because he started discussing how to earn by providing WordPress services. All in all, a very poor place to work.
