CATI has a thorough interview process to ensure we match the best talent to work closely with our customers, vendors, teammates and managers. A part of this process is the WONSCORE pre-employment assessment which is discussed during the initial phone interview. When a decision is made on the candidate sometimes we don’t have a more specific reason to convey that we are not moving forward in the interview process, other than we have another candidate that was further in the interview process or otherwise a closer fit to our current hiring needs.
