The second interview focused more on behavioral aspects, including how I handle challenging situations, collaborate with team members, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Finally, there were reference checks conducted before I received the job offer. I was asked to conduct a phone interview with the HR representative. The entire call was about 20-30 minutes long and was very casual. It was followed by an in-person interview with managers a few days later.
