During the interview I was asked a few basic food safety questions and then what my availability would be. From my experience and from seeing other people being interviewed, Comptoir doesn't necessarily want people with experience, just people with a good work ethic. I had very little hospitality experience but I said I would work as many hours as they wanted to give me and I think that's the main thing that got me the job.
