After the telephone interview, I was called in person - so far so good. When it comes to be interviewed by team the chief architect walked-in - didn't appear professional but intimidating - didn't say his name properly, nor business card despite I asked for it, and left with me no clue as to how to address him during the entire process. In the interview with the hiring manager, I noticed his body language of wow when I answered a question. I was asked to wait but never received an offer.
