The interview process was one of the most disorganized and worst I've experienced, so much so that I ended up removing myself from consideration. Communication was inconsistent, timelines shifted and expectations were unclear at every stage. I had one good conversation with the hiring manager, who ended up departing anyways.
Nothing was ever communicated via email, it was all via phone call (so that there was no paper trail). Interviewers were rude, cliquey, and if you answered a question that one of the interviewers claimed not to be an expert in, so they deferred to you, they made it an even more hostile environment.
Not to mention that in the marketing team has incredibly high turnover as I uncovered in this process... high like 25 departures in 2 years (one per month is insane). There was absolutely no respect for a candidates time or expertise, and there certainly was no humanity throughout the process outside of my conversation with the hiring manager. I can't imagine how middle school clique like it is when actually on the inside and I've definitely dodged a bullet here. I would not waste your time!
