You'll interview with the current lab technicians and the lab director. Qualifications and work experience will be reviewed. It's a very laid back interview. You'll be asked if you can meet the requirements for the job. They will see if your personality fits the company. Then you'll come in for an on-the-job training interview. If you can do the work accordingly, you'll receive an offer.
