fairly straight forward, three rounds of interviews. Started with a phone call, then an in person interview, then I had to do some testing in the third round. The final round they made me do some cold calls to see how I was on the phone, which I thought was strange. I was doing the work for the person there

Very informative. It was presented in a way to answer all questions and left no doubt about what was expected to do this job.The environment was inviting and upbeat and it was easy to see this is where I wanted to be.

1st - Brief phone interview with Owner to set up in-person interview
2nd - In-person interview with Owner at gym. Basic interview questions including background, education, certifications, sales experience, strengths and weaknesses.
3rd - Phone interview with VP of Operations and Sales. More sales and service oriented.
Very good experience.

I did not have sales experience at the time so the sales questions were more difficult to answer, however that did not seem to be an issue for Compel as they offered me the job a few days later.
