I remote video interviewed with a supervisor of the position I applied for. We had not met within the company. I then moved to a panel interview with people I would work directly with.

2nd was a more In-depth interview 3rd Was a 3 panel with regional staff.
Last was the job offer and salary negotiations.

It was very straight forward. The recruiters did a great job communicating with me and prepping me for the next steps. It felt like I had a team behind me during the process.
