I first applied online and then I had to take a two hour IQ test. The test covered basic math and logic questions, but I wasn't allowed to use a calculator and was monitored over webcam while I took the test. Afterword, I was scheduled for an interview in their office. I interviewed with two Team Leaders back to back. The questions were straightforward and mainly behavioral. They took notes during the interview and asked questions about my resume.

I only had one interview over Skype with one of the managers. It was pretty easy. There was some kind of assessment before the interview that had to be completed but that was pretty easy also.
