Got face-to-face interview by a manager. I got a survey for basic information and a list of questions for providing services and altitude. Majorly focused on customer service experiences and detailed experiences on services

Q: What is the most important thing to provide a service to customer?
Included an initial phone interview to get to know you, followed by a full day of server training, followed by an exam on everything you learned that day. In order to get the job, you must pass the test.
