Applied online and was given an interview the next week. Interview was with a senior person at compass. The interview was quite short and very friendly.. No trick questions. Asked about previous experience and why compass. Also did a quick role play on serving customers and dealing with a complaint.

Very easy and quick process at Sandown Racecourse, had a 10 minute informal interview with a Compass employee and was asked generic hospitality questions, just had to answer confidently and without majorly making any errors.

I completed a short application online and then I got invited to the interview the next day. The interview lasted for about 10 minutes and then they got me to fill out a load of forms
