The interview process included four video interviews with different members of the team and one writing activity. The recruiter was slow to respond. The coordinator was quick to confirm the next rounds with each person. After 3+ weeks with no response after the last interview, the recruiter called to say they decided to proceed with someone else.

What are three strengths and weaknesses? How are you with technology? Do you have remote experience?
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

Tell me a time when you had to calm down an upset individual?
I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
